A start at the foot of the most beautiful peaks of the Bernese Oberland
Kandersteg welcomes you to start this new adventure, starting with a first ascent to the Bunderschrinde, one of the region's wildest and most authentic peaks, will get you up and running while offering you a dazzling landscape to start your quest. You will then head to Adelboden and its famous Chuenisbärgli World Cup ski run, to follow in the footsteps of the champions. A final pass, Hahnenmoospass, to cross before descending to the charming village of Lenk and heading towards Iffigenalp, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the region.
The Rawil pass, a few kilometres further on, will allow you to return to the Valais side and you will then reach the sublime Tseuzier lake and its dam before crossing the footbridge which will lead you to the Ro bisse, the last breathtaking corridor leading to Crans-Montana and its well-deserved finish line!

To collect the car on Saturday after the race, Crans-Montana - Goppenstein:

A bus/train service will be organised to take the runners and supporters from Crans-Montana to Kandersteg on the morning of the race.

The restaurant will be open from 5:00 am to 8:00 am (coffee, croissants, drinks).
To ensure runners' safety, no bib may be collected by anyone other than the runner.

When collecting the bib, each participant receives a 30-litre bag.
After having filled it with the items of their choice and closed it, they can deposit it at the start.
He will then be repatriated to Crans-Montana, Place Ycoor. No bag in Adelboden and Lenk.
Assistance authorized at :
Only one person per runner is allowed to enter the aid stations where assistance is allowed

Supporters may still access the aid stations and encourage their runner, but no assistance may be provided at the points identified as "without assistance".

WARNING: The road from Adelboden to Lenk through the Hahnemoos Pass is closed all year round and forbidden to unauthorized vehicles. You will need to drive through Frutigen and Spiez to reach Lenk, allowing about 1h30 of driving time.
The organisation will provide shuttles to bring the runners back to Crans-Montana in case of withdrawal or if the time limits are exceeded.
For logistical or traffic reasons, bus schedules may be subject to delays.
Withdrawals can be made at the following points:
- Adelboden
- Lenk
- Iffigenalp
- Tseuzier
Outside these points, no shuttle service can be guaranteed.
