Trail Running camp
We accompany you on the course reconnaissance and provide valuable advice on training, nutrition, and equipment.
Registration by email until June 3, 2024, at the latest, with the following information to Helene Ogi: helene.ogi@bluewin.ch

- Desired entry option
Good training level! We cover between 35 and 43 km each day at a slow pace! Uphill running with poles will also be practiced. The course can be partially shortened using cable cars or public transportation. Each participant is free to do so!
- Wild 110 Crans Montana, 3 days, 2 nights: Friday, July 5th, departure: 08:00.
Costs, including 2 nights/in Kandersteg and Lenk: CHF 510.--
- Wild 70 Kandersteg, 2 days, 1 night: Saturday, July 6th, departure at 08:00.
Costs including 1 night/breakfast in Lenk: CHF 310.--
- Wild 50 Lenk, 1 day: Sunday, July 7th, departure 08:00.
Costs (without overnight stay): CHF 200.--

- Guides and training direction by Brigitte and Helene (both ultra-trail runners and experienced coaches).
- Accommodation in multi-bed rooms (on request, possible option to reserve a double or single room at an additional cost)
- Guaranteed bibs for Wildstrubel Crans Montana by UTMB of your choice! (if the race is sold out)
Snacks and dinner (we organize to eat together).
Use of cable cars
There is no equipment transport! We carry all our luggage ourselves. Plan for the minimum.
Each participant is responsible for their arrival and departure!
