LESS CARS, MORE ADVENTURE !
🌱 Environmental protection is a priority for the organizers of the Wildstrubel trail by UTMB® . This is why, from the 1st year, a public transport service will be offered to runners and their supporters to get to the start of their race and follow the race in the most responsible way possible.
🚌 Supporters can get to the start line and follow their runner by bus !
❌ Please note: transport for supporters is NOT free of charges
➡️ Book your tickets now (if you haven’t already)!
Shuttle tickets can be booked directly from the runner’s dashboard, via their UTMB account under "Edit my registration." In the same form where runners booked their own shuttle, they also have the option to reserve tickets for their supporters.
Don’t miss the ride, make sure your spot is secured!
Deadline: 31/08/2025
➡️ How to get your transport wristband?
To collect your transport bracelet and hop on the shuttle, just head to the Info Point in the village. Show your voucher there, and you'll receive your wristband.
When boarding the bus, simply show your confirmation email and your wristband to the driver; and you're good to go!
Time to start your journey and cheer on your runner!

Getting around with Swiss public transport
Switzerland’s excellent public transport network makes it easy to reach many aid stations, even if you haven’t booked a shuttle. It’s also a great way to follow your runner on races where no shuttle service is provided.
Lötschberg tunnel:
The BLS is the regional train network connecting Crans-Montana to Kandersteg with smooth and efficient transfers. Comfortable and reliable, it lets you enjoy the stunning Swiss landscapes stress-free, a great way to reach the race while enjoying the journey!
Please note that you'll have to charge your car on a train and thus don't forget to verify the BLS timetable!
LIVETRAIL APP
Your best tool to follow your runner!
Want to know where your runner is at all times? Download the LiveTrail App for free and use the “Follow the Race” feature.
⭐ Add your runner to your favorites to quickly see their last checkpoint and get estimated times for the next ones. Super handy so you don’t miss a thing!
📍 Planning to cheer them on along the course? Tap “See Route,” select a black dot (those are aid stations), and you’ll get the exact location. You can even launch GPS navigation straight from the app to get there easily.
Stay connected, live the race with them, and be there to cheer loud at just the right moment!
Aid Stations with authorised assistance:
🤝 Meet your runner in the official support zones.
These are the designated areas where you can reunite with your runner, offer support (gear, food, clothes…), and share a quick moment together during the race.
🔐 Access is limited to one supporter per runner
To know where you’re allowed to give support, check the Runner & Supporter Guide (available soon) for the full list of official assistance points.
🚫 IMPORTANT: Outside these official support zones, NO ASSISTANCE of any kind is allowed, that means no food, no drinks, no equipment from the supporters. This rule ensures fairness for all runners and is strictly enforced.
How do I know if an aid station has an authorised assistance zone
Easy! Just check the race profile available on each race’s page, every aid station surrounded by a dotted outline marks an official assistance point.
You can also find them listed under the section "Assitance" of each race page.
